Refund policy
At Nutri Blitz, we are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality nuts, grains, and edible seeds. Because our products are perishable food items, our policy is tailored to ensure quick resolution for quality issues and errors, rather than general returns.
1. Our Commitment: Quality Issues & Damages (7-Day Window)
If you have an issue with your order, please inspect it immediately upon arrival. You must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order to report a concern related to quality, damage, or order error.

2. General Return Eligibility & Exceptions
Due to the perishable nature of our products, our standard return policy is highly restrictive and focuses on unsuitability, not preference.

Eligibility Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, BUT this is strictly limited by the exceptions below.

Eligible Condition: For a return to be considered, the item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You must always provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Opened or partially consumed products (unless due to damage or defect).

Where the customer simply has a change of mind, personal taste preference, or no longer requires the product.
3. Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item (if eligible) and, once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This process typically takes 7 to 10 business days from approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
